Gary  Vaynerchuk – recently put this video out as a call to action to anyone over 40 to “Get with the program” as he has done and leverage the possibilities for entrepreneurship that in this day and age now open to all. Not just those pesky kids!

If you’re not familiar with Gary Vaynerchuk he’s well worth checking out. For many years he’s been a champion for aspiring entrepreneurs. Through his own multiple businesses, coaching programmes and digital media empire e has inspired many people from all walks of life, ages and backgrounds to take control of their own lives.

I first found him online when I was working on my first part-time online venture – an e-commerce franchise selling wines and related products. He famously took his family’s wine business from $3million to $60million online through his web based TV channel. In that he bypassed all the snobbery and eliteism out of wine appreciation by doing candid, highly amusing live wine tastings. But that was just for starters.

No More Barriers For Older Entrepreneurs 

Since then he has gone on to become a serial investor in social media platforms like Facebook, Tumblr and many others. His no-nonsense, straight talking everyman approach has helped him build many multi-million dollar companies. Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW.

As you’ll see from the video above Gary is particularly passionate about olderpreneurs. Something he has in common with another entrepreneurial partnership -Stuart Ross and Jay Kubassek The SFM and DEA.
